Exciting news!
On May 07, 2024, MPL (Medennium Phakic Lens, a California based company) was officially rolled out in the private eyecare sector in S. E.A. lpoh Eye Specialist Centre /ISEC Perak became the FIRST private esteemed eye specialist center with Dr Chan Suet Mei leading the way as the first surgeon.
She successfully performed procedures on three patients bilaterally in the late afternoon.
The immediate post-op results were amazing! We received a call from one patient’s dad 2 hours after operation. He happily shared that his son was watching TV and enjoying snacks, no longer needing spectacles.
This was a fantastic start to our MPL journey, and we are thrilled to see such positive outcomes for our patients.
